Where are my habits?
On your iPhone. Glazzy has no account, so there’s nothing to sign in to, and your habits aren’t stored anywhere else.
My reminders don’t arrive
In Glazzy, open Settings. If Notifications says Off, tap Open Settings and allow notifications. Reminders come only on a habit’s scheduled days, and stop once its target is met.
The widget says “Open Glazzy to show your habits here.”
Open Glazzy once. The widget reads what Glazzy has saved, and it can’t until Glazzy has been opened: after you install it, and sometimes after an update.
Moving to a new iPhone
Set up the new iPhone from your old one’s backup, from iCloud or a computer, and Glazzy’s data comes with it. Or, in Glazzy, go to Settings › Your data › Export Backup, send the file to your new iPhone, and use Import Backup there.
Glazzy Plus
Restoring a purchase. In Glazzy, open Settings › Glazzy Plus and tap Restore Purchases, at the end of the page.
Cancelling a subscription. In Glazzy, open Settings › Glazzy Plus and tap Manage Subscription. Or open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Plus stays until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
Refunds. Apple takes every payment, so a refund is Apple’s to give. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Glazzy’s Privacy Policy says what Glazzy keeps and what it sends: nothing.
